In Australia, a General visa requirement applies to all foreigners. A distinction is made between the type “ETA Visa subclass 976“, which in turn has a 1-year validity and multiple or travel out and hence an extension of the stay and the type “eVisitor subclass 676“.

Before reservation of the trip the application must be filled compelling first and afterwards the visa have been confirmed. All relevant information is sent then exclusively by e-mail, one does not receive this in paper form!
